Questions
What stays free?
Building your basket, always: every slider, every re-plan, the shopping list and the prices. Free also keeps 2 plans a month, 3 swaps per plan and 5 favourite dishes, at one store.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days of Plus, with no card. If you subscribe during the trial, your first payment is when the trial ends, so you keep every free day.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your Account page. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and then your account moves to Free. Payments already made are not refunded part-way through a period.
What happens to my saved plans if I stop?
Nothing is deleted. Everything you saved stays in your account; Free simply limits adding more.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never to Groci. Prices are in Singapore dollars.
